Shipping policy
Shipping is a FLAT RATE - Regardless of order size. Standard shipping has tracking- and up to $100 insurance. Once tracking has been sent to the customer, SBP is not responsible for lost / stolen / damaged / un-delivered packages.
International customers - must have tracking - Priority includes insurance but you must purchase priority - No refunds / for lost / damaged / stolen / undelivered packages - once tracking is sent - SBP is not responsible for the delivery of your order. Orders can not be cancelled once placed -
USA Ship times are 1-14 days (turnaround time is usually 1-2 day) depending on size of order. If you have a lost or undelivered package - please file a claim with your USPS office - they can help you track your item, If you need proof of purchase - your order receipt will have your information - If you need anything further for your claim - please reach out, but the claim must be filed by you!
