Refund policy
Thank you for your order. While we strive to give the best product we can, mistakes happen as we are human. If there is a problem with your order, please email us or message us on Instagram. While products are hand made in house and can not be returned, we will do our very best to provide you with a solution. Again, items are hand made and no two items will be identical - enlarged stickers - bookmarks and dashboards could have slight variations in size because they are done by hand - NO order cancellation- once order is placed - it can not be cancelled- Stickers are made with various mediums and software - Watercolor is used and some stickers will contain brush strokes - color fade - streaks / lines / markings - water spots - while faint, these may occur as products are made by hand.
SBP will not be responsible for lost / damaged / stolen / or un-delivered packages once tracking has been sent - If you would like insurance on your order - You MUST purchase Priority shipping. SBP will NOT re-ship an order (for free) that has been lost / damaged / or un-delivered. Purchaser must re purchase order and upgrade to Priority Shipping.
If you have a lost or undelivered package - please file a claim with your USPS office - they can help you track your item, If you need proof of purchase - your order receipt will have your information - If you need anything further for your claim - please reach out, but the claim must be filed by you!
Please remember that all monitors and phones have different color settings and photos are the best representation based on my computer settings. Stickers are on Transparent Paper so they show a bit darker due to the backing of the sheet.
