Cancellation policy

All regular order sales are final - No refunds, returns or order cancellations - 

Subscriptions - Must be cancelled by the 25th of the month to apply to the next month.  Example - To cancel November's Subscription, you must cancel by October 25th.  No changes will be made after the 25th of the month.  Please do not contact SBP asking to cancel after the 25th, there is no way to process a cancelation in my store after the 25th of the month.  Auto Renew Subscriptions will ship during the specified ship window on the listing for the month.  If you order other items with your subscription - those will ship when the subscription ships.
